A color filter, also known as a "filter lens," is a dyed transparent sheet that absorbs, reflects, and transmits colored light. It is an accessory of reproduction apparatuses, used to select the photosensitive effect during reproduction.
Color filters are absorptive, with different pigments absorbing different spectra. The manufacturing process of such filters is relatively complex, requiring at least three photolithography steps. After this processing step, it is essential to ensure that all contaminants on the surface of the color filter are removed.

The VGT-1209FHA by VGT is an automatic intelligent ultrasonic cleaner for glass. The equipment has 12 functional tanks, equipped with a shaking system, circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature system, ultrasonic cleaning system, timing system, spray system, slow pull dehydration system, hot air drying system, etc. The equipment uses environmentally friendly water-based solvents for washing and pure water for rinsing, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning system.

Tank Structure:
1. Each tank has four overflow ports, with an overflow tank width of 35 mm. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the cleaning agent is pumped from the storage tank by a circulation pump, filtered, and then returned to the cleaning tank, i.e., a mother-daughter tank circulation system.
2. Equipped with an independent circulation filtration system.
3. Each tank has a drain valve at the bottom, connected in series to the main drain pipe.
4. Temperature sensors are installed inside the tanks, with a temperature control range: RT–100°C.
5. External shaking mechanism.

Ultrasonic Generator:
1. Equipped with a fourth-generation ultrasonic generator, fundamentally ensuring effective ultrasonic conversion rate, ultrasonic performance, and stability of the ultrasonic generator quality.
2. The ultrasonic generator includes a microcontroller with a unique timing system, allowing flexible adjustment of cleaning time according to production needs and enabling one-to-one settings for consistent cleaning.

Storage Tank:
1. Divided into two chambers by a partition. The cleaned solution after oil separation is pumped back into the cleaning tank by the circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving solution utilization. Separated oil is discharged into the main drain pipe.
2. Equipped with a city water inlet, which can be connected to each washing tank and the storage tank.
Pure Water Pre-Heating Tank Structure:

FFU Air Pressure System:
